High Mark Well Service Ltd. received their new TMX built by C-Tech Design & Manufacturing. This Peterbilt 340 chassis is equipped with an X250 X-celerator® that is capable of working on both, vertical and slant wells. The truck also features the new compact control panel which is 30% smaller than the previous style. This truck will be working in the Canadian market.


April 2008:

COMPLETION OF ITS SUCCESSFUL OFFER TO C-Tech SHAREHOLDERS
Dover Corporation (Canada) Limited ("Dover") announced today the completion of the offer (the "Offer") of Dover's wholly-owned subsidiary, Dover Corporation (Canada) Acquisition I Limited (the "Offeror"), dated May 2, 2005, for the common shares of C-Tech Energy Services Inc. ("C-Tech").
Prior to 5:00 p.m. (Calgary time) on June 7, 2005, the expiry time of the Offer, a total of 45,351,086 C-Tech common shares, representing approximately 96.63% of the outstanding common shares of C-Tech, had been tendered to the Offer, all of which shares were acquired by the Offeror. Immediately following completion of the Offer, the Offeror acquired all of the remaining C-Tech common shares which were not tendered to the Offer pursuant to its right of compulsory acquisition as set forth in Part 16 of the Business Corporations Act (Alberta).

First R.S.U. to Venezuela.
C-Tech C-Tech Design & Manufacturing has just shipped it's first Rapid-Rod Service Unit (RSU) to Venezuela. It is the first unit of it's kind for this part of the world. The RSU is a complete flushby rig with an integral X-celerator for handling endless coiled rod.
