December 2008:

C-Tech supplied KwikSilver Coil Tubing & Flushby Services from Elk Point, Alberta with a new Class 2 CTU (Coiled Tubing Unit). This is the 3rd CTU C-Tech has manufactured for KwikSilver. The CTU is complete with a 5470 Compair compressor and a C-Tech CT-300 Coiled Tubing Injector.

November 2008:

C-Tech Design & Manufacturing works together with Tierra Alta Production Systems to develop a new age work over unit.

Based on a specific customer need, C-Tech engineered, designed and built a new type of well work over unit. C-Tech, working together with Tierra Alta, developed this unit specific for the harsh conditions of Gabon Africa. This unit is built on a Foremost Delta III carrier and has the ability to pull sucker rods, tubing and ESP cable, in both vertical and slant positions. The client operates a number of wells in these difficult conditions and requires the unit to be able to move around the field under its own power and work on a variety of different well and surface conditions. The result of this combined effort is a fit for purpose efficient unit manufactured at considerably lower cost.

The customer has expressed confidence in this major step forward for service units for their specific application and has placed orders for more units.

October 2008:

JPD Enterprises received their new TMX (Truck Mounted X-celeratorTM) built by C-Tech Design & Manufacturing. This is the first of two TMX's JPD will receive in October. This Freightliner chassis is equipped with an X250 X-celeratorTM that is capable of working on both, vertical and slant wells. The TMX also features the new compact control panel which is 30% smaller than the previous style. This TMX will be working in the Canadian market.

August 2008:

Tierra Alta Production Systems takes delivery of their 10th TMX

Tierra Alta Production Systems received their 10th TMX (Truck Mounted X-celeratorTM) built by C-Tech Design & Manufacturing. The unit is fitted with a model X250 X-celeratorTM. This TMX will be working in Alberta and Saskatchewan.

July 2008:

Venalmaq CA. received their new “Rapid - Rod Service Unit” (RSU) Model RSU - X250 Coil Capable built by C-Tech Design & Manufacturing.

This Mack CV713 features the following options; X250 X-celerator^TM 25,000 Lbs pull, 120’ per min., 54’ Mast (ground to crown), 3x5 GD Pump, 3” Bowie Pump, 8M³ TC406 Tank, Pullmaster HL25 and a PL5 winch, Fassi M20A.13 picker, Engineered and certified to 50,000# vertical.

This RSU will be working in the Venezuelan market.

June 2008:

High Mark Well Service Ltd. received their new TMX built by C-Tech Design & Manufacturing. This Peterbilt 340 chassis is equipped with an X250 X-celerator^TM that is capable of working on both, vertical and slant wells. The truck also features the new compact control panel which is 30% smaller than the previous style. This truck will be working in the Canadian market.

April 2008:

Dover Corporation (Canada) Limited ("Dover") announced today the completion of the offer (the "Offer") of Dover's wholly-owned subsidiary, Dover Corporation (Canada) Acquisition I Limited (the "Offeror"), dated May 2, 2005, for the common shares of C-Tech Energy Services Inc. ("C-Tech").

Prior to 5:00 p.m. (Calgary time) on June 7, 2005, the expiry time of the Offer, a total of 45,351,086 C-Tech common shares, representing approximately 96.63% of the outstanding common shares of C-Tech, had been tendered to the Offer, all of which shares were acquired by the Offeror. Immediately following completion of the Offer, the Offeror acquired all of the remaining C-Tech common shares which were not tendered to the Offer pursuant to its right of compulsory acquisition as set forth in Part 16 of the Business Corporations Act (Alberta).

First R.S.U. to Venezuela.

C-Tech C-Tech Design & Manufacturing has just shipped it's first Rapid-Rod Service Unit (RSU) to Venezuela. It is the first unit of it's kind for this part of the world. The RSU is a complete flushby rig with an integral X-celerator for handling endless coiled rod.
