November 2008:
C-Tech Design & Manufacturing works together with Tierra Alta Production Systems to develop a new age work over unit.
Based on a specific customer need, C-Tech engineered, designed and built a new type of well work over unit. C-Tech, working together with Tierra Alta, developed this unit specific for the harsh conditions of Gabon Africa. This unit is built on a Foremost Delta III carrier and has the ability to pull sucker rods, tubing and ESP cable, in both vertical and slant positions.
The client operates a number of wells in these difficult conditions and requires the unit to be able to move around the field under its own power and work on a variety of different well and surface conditions. The result of this combined effort is a fit for purpose efficient unit manufactured at considerably lower cost.
The customer has expressed confidence in this major step forward for service units for their specific application and has placed orders for more units.

JPD Enterprises received their new TMX (Truck Mounted X-celerator® ) built by C-Tech Design & Manufacturing. This is the first of two TMX's JPD will receive in October. This Freightliner chassis is equipped with an X250 X-celerator® that is capable of working on both, vertical and slant wells. Dover Corporation (Canada) Limited ("Dover") announced today the completion of the offer (the "Offer") of Dover's wholly-owned subsidiary, Dover Corporation (Canada) Acquisition I Limited (the "Offeror"), dated May 2, 2005, for the common shares of C-Tech Energy Services Inc. ("C-Tech").
Prior to 5:00 p.m. (Calgary time) on June 7, 2005, the expiry time of the Offer, a total of 45,351,086 C-Tech common shares, representing approximately 96.63% of the outstanding common shares of C-Tech, had been tendered to the Offer, all of which shares were acquired by the Offeror. Immediately following completion of the Offer, the Offeror acquired all of the remaining C-Tech common shares which were not tendered to the Offer pursuant to its right of compulsory acquisition as set forth in Part 16 of the Business Corporations Act (Alberta).

C-Tech C-Tech Design & Manufacturing has just shipped it's first Rapid-Rod Service Unit (RSU) to Venezuela. It is the first unit of it's kind for this part of the world. The RSU is a complete flushby rig with an integral X-celerator® for handling endless coiled rod.
